We want you to love every order from Dar e Nisa. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and personal care reasons, beauty and wellness items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Damaged, wrong or defective items
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video.
- We will replace the item or refund you after we verify the issue.
How to request a return
Email us at darenisa.store@outlook.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and checked, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 working days.
- Refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective or sent incorrectly by us.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
